Controller and scope

CLARYEL S.R.L.S., with registered office in Fino Mornasco (CO), Italy, is the controller for the CLARYEL websites and services covered by this notice. Privacy requests may be sent to amministrazione@claryel.it. This notice applies to claryel.com, claryel.space, claryelsolar.com, funding.claryel.space, id.claryel.com, web.claryel.space, boxcore.claryel.space and other domains listed in the current site registry.

Data processed and sources

Depending on the service used, we process network and device data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs and security events; account and identity data; contact and message data; community content and moderation records; order, subscription and payment-status data; consent, language and interface preferences; and technical data voluntarily submitted for pilots or support. Data normally comes from you, your device, service providers acting for us, or public sources when necessary to verify a business request. Required fields are identified at collection; without them the requested service may not be available.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide websites, accounts and requested services; secure systems and prevent fraud; answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps; manage orders, subscriptions, accounting and legal obligations; operate forums and moderation; record and honour privacy choices; improve services through optional analytics; send optional marketing; and establish or defend legal claims. Legal bases are performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure and efficient service operation, and consent for optional cookies, analytics, marketing and external content. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised CLARYEL personnel and suppliers may receive data only as needed. Current categories include hosting, security and database providers such as Cloudflare; payment providers such as Stripe where payment functions are used; email and support providers; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by CLARYEL. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, CLARYEL uses an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful GDPR mechanism, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.

Retention

Consent evidence is normally retained for up to 180 days and language preferences for up to 12 months. Authentication and site-session identifiers normally expire within 30 days. Security and access logs are normally retained for up to 90 days, unless a security incident, legal claim or statutory duty requires longer retention. Account data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymised according to the deletion workflow and backup cycle. Contracts, invoices and accounting records are retained for the period required by Italian law, normally ten years and longer only where an audit, dispute or law requires it. Other data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and reviewed periodically.

Cookies, security, children and automated decisions

Necessary technologies are used for security, authentication, sessions and consent records. Optional preferences, analytics, marketing and external-content technologies remain disabled until consent and can be changed through Privacy settings. Details are in the Cookie Policy. CLARYEL applies access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, minimisation and supplier controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Services are not directed to children under 14 unless a specific service and lawful parental process state otherwise. CLARYEL does not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects; any future use will be disclosed before processing.

Your rights and complaints

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection; withdraw consent; and object to direct marketing at any time. You may also request information about safeguards for international transfers. Requests may be sent to amministrazione@claryel.it and will normally be answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity verification. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent supervisory authority, without prejudice to judicial remedies.

Changes and contact

This notice is reviewed at least monthly against relevant EU and Italian legal sources and whenever services or processing change. Material changes are identified by a new version and effective date and, where required, a prominent notice or renewed consent. Questions and GDPR requests: amministrazione@claryel.it.
